Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept supported credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Cash on Delivery is also available for orders with a delivery address in Croatia. The available payment options are displayed during checkout.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available exclusively for orders with a delivery address in Croatia. Select Cash on Delivery during checkout and pay the courier when receiving your order.

Is online payment secure?

Yes. Online payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and authorised payment providers. YBrand does not have access to your complete card details.

Are ready-made products shipped immediately?
Yes. Ready-made T-shirts and hoodies are shipped shortly after order processing.

How do the sizes fit?
Each product page includes a size chart. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

Can I return a ready-made product?
Yes. Ready-made items can be returned or exchanged in accordance with our return policy, provided they are unworn and undamaged.

We offer both ready-made designs and custom versions created from your photo or idea.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

How does the custom order process work?
Place your order, upload your photo or idea, receive a design preview, and after approval we produce and ship your item.

Will I see the design before production?
Yes. All custom products go into production only after you approve the design.

Can I request design changes?
Yes. Minor revisions are included to ensure you are happy with the final result.

Can I return a custom product?
Due to personalization, custom products cannot be returned, except in the case of defects or production errors.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does production and shipping take?

Ready-made products are usually dispatched on the same or next business day.

For custom products, the first design preview is usually prepared within one business day. After the design has been approved, production and dispatch usually take 1–3 business days.

Courier delivery time starts after dispatch and depends on the destination and selected shipping method. Available delivery information is displayed during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most EU countries and selected international destinations.
